It captures every step from order creation to factory dispatch, production, pickup, in‑transit milestones, inspection, payment, and completion, with precise timestamps and a trustworthy status history. Orders auto‑dispatch to the right factories with line‑level allocations, logistics and shipments are linked cleanly, and forwarding invoices (PDF) are generated and attached in‑app—so the entire commercial and operational trail lives in one place.

Designed for real work, OrderTrace offers a fast, visual dashboard with consistent block grids, compact chip filters, and liquid‑glass detail cards that surface the essentials—required dates, updates, quantities, totals, and logistics—at a glance. It’s multi‑company by design, enabling secure collaboration across organizations with role‑aware views, holder assignment, and company‑scoped fetching. Under the hood, it’s powered by a modern Supabase stack with authentication, storage, and RLS‑aware database access, plus admin tools for activation, data seeding, and import/export.
